Standard orders typically ship on the same day the order is placed or on the following business day. Personalized orders ship within 4-6 weeks but may take up to 8 weeks when demand is high. For time sensitive orders please call your rep or our customer service team to inquire about exact turnaround times.
Standard and Expedited Shipping
All orders ship via FedEx Ground and leave from our distribution center in Algonquin, IL 60102. Expedited shipping options are available over the phone. Please call your rep or our customer service team for estimates and to place an order with expedited shipping.
International orders must be placed over the phone. Please call (800) 558-6684 to initiate your order. Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to export charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Sales Taxes, Customs and Duties
Orders placed with Young Specialties will be charged all applicable sales taxes, customs and duties as required by law. Some charges related to shipments outside of the USA may be billed to you later by FedEx.
Damage Due to Shipping
Returns related to damage during shipping or shipping shortage claims must be reported to Customer Service within 14 days of the invoice date.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Products are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Please give us a call to obtain a Return Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging; only unopened, unused product will be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $25, applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Young Specialties.
Orders that are more than 30 days past the invoice date cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Discontinued products, items marked as “Last Chance”, and products within three months of expiration cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product warranty issues fall outside the scope of this return policy and should be addressed directly with Customer Service at (800) 558-6684..
Credits will be given in the amount of purchase price. Any discounted products will be adjusted accordingly. Credits are valid up to 90 days after the date of the credit. RMA numbers are valid for up to 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise returned after the expiration of the RMA number will not be accepted for credit.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted when requesting an RMA.
Care should be taken when packing returns to ensure that they will be received in the same condition as the original shipment. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
