Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Orders are usually shipped the day they’re placed, meaning our products are in your office in generally within five business days or less. Expedited shipping is also avaWe are temporarily making changes to the existing return policy around our Infection Control line of products. We are no longer accepting returns for any products in this category for any reason. All sales are considered final.
Shipping and Delivery
All Young Specialties online orders will be shipped ground via FedEx. If you require expedited shipping options, please call us and we are happy to help with other shipping options.
Applicable Sales Taxes, Customs and Duties
Orders placed with Young Specialties will be charged all applicable sales taxes, customs and duties as required by law. Some of these charges, especially those related to shipments outside of the USA, may not be shown at check-out, but will be billed to you later by FedEx.
Within 30 Days of Invoice Date
Products are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date with a valid Returned Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Please call Customer Service at (800) 558-6684 to obtain an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Young Specialties.
30-60 Days Past Invoice Date
Returns 30-60 days past the invoice date are eligible only for an exchange with a valid Returned Authorization Materials (RMA) number. Please call Customer Service at (800) 558-6684 to obtain an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
60+ Days Past Invoice Date
Returns and exchanges are not accepted 60 days past the date of the invoice.
Damage Due to Shipping
Returns related to damage during shipping must be reported to Customer Service within 15 days of the invoice date.
Product warranty issues fall outside the scope of this policy and should be addressed directly with Customer Service at (800) 558-6684.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
No discontinued items will be accepted for return or exchange. Items within three months of expiration will also not be accepted for return or exchange.
Credits will be given in the amount of purchase price. Any discounted products will be adjusted accordingly. Credits are valid up to 90 days after the date of the credit. RMA numbers are valid for up to 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise returned after the expiration of the RMA number will not be accepted for credit.
All returns should be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise instructed by customer service.

Care should be taken in packing return items to ensure they will be received in the same condition as the original shipment. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any product received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
