My account used to show my order history, how do I find it now?
Because youngspecialites.com is a new website, order history from the previous website will not be available online. Please contact your rep or customer service at 800-556-6684 to obtain a copy of orders placed offline or through the old website. Orders placed via the new website will appear in your Order History and will be accessible online.
Pro tip: Use the Lists feature located under your account to add frequently ordered items to an easy-to-access list.
I have purchased from a rep before, are they still with the company?
Yes. Please feel free to stay in touch with any account manager you have used in the past. Our brand is new, but our team of clinical experts remains the same.
How can I purchase OrthoQuest and NexaDental items?
You will find all of the products you used to purchase from orthoquest.com available on youngspecialties.com. Use the search bar to find items via product name or item number or browse through categories using the category navigation.
I have ordered personalized products from you in the past, do I need to start my order over again?
Personalized items will have to be re-created in order to order them again. We have access to all of your art files and logos, so if you are in need of a visual on anything you have created in the past or a copy of your logo for upload into the new website tool, please contact your rep or customer service at 800-556-6684.
Why is Oral Surgery listed as a product category but no products are listed?
Oral Surgery is a strategic product category for Young Specialties, available under the Puragraft brand. Currently all Oral Surgery items can be found on puragraft.com. it is our intention to add oral surgery items to the youngspecialtes.com website in the future.
